Vietnam Approves To Extend E-Visa Validity to 90 Days from August 15, 2023 Amendments and supplements to the Law on exit and entry of Vietnamese citizens and the Law on entry, exit, transit and residence of foreigners in Vietnam were approved by the National Assembly on Sunday, the last day of the Assembly’s 5th session. The law revision aims to meet the needs of international tourists, create favorable conditions for foreigners who want to enter Vietnam to conducts market research, and seek investment opportunities, especially in cases where there is a need to travel to many countries and return to Vietnam to evaluate doing business or investment expansion possibilities. The new law will begin to take effect on August 15, 2023 .
